Our licensed providers connect with clients using a confidential 2-way platform to conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans. We serve clients across the lifespan, with a focus on support, guidance, and improved well-being.

Dr. Roxanne Jeffries-Baxter, a board-certified nurse practitioner, brings extensive knowledge and expertise in behavioral health. She is dedicated to supporting clients of all ages with a compassionate, person-centered approach designed to enhance overall quality of life and well-being.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Includes a 45-minute full psychiatric eval for diagnosis, treatment planning.

Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are approximately 30 minutes.

Counseling/Talk Therapy
45-minute session – $99
30-minute session – $79
We accept clients who reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Minnesota, as well as accept the following insurance providers and payment options: Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Optum, United Health Care, CBH, CCBH, and self-pay. No membership or subscription is required.
