About Us
BBHS is a psychiatric practice that provides “telepsychiatry,” which is conducted via a 2-way, secure video conference connection or phone call. A video connection is established between the psychiatric provider and the client. After an evaluation, the provider is able to assess, treat, and prescribe medication.
We provide services for clients from adolescence through geriatric ages.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Roxanne Jeffries-Baxter possesses the knowledge, expertise, and clinical skills to diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. We welcome patients of all ages. Dr. Jeffries‘ goal is to help the quality of life of their clients using an empathic and compassionate approach.

Our providers treat most psychiatric-mental health issues. The providers perform assessments, help create a treatment plan, make appropriate referrals, and prescribe medications if necessary. Prescriptions are electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Includes a 45-minute full psychiatric eval for diagnosis, treatment planning, and electronic medication prescribing.

Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are approximately 30 minutes for medication management

Counseling/Talk Therapy
45-minute session – $99
30-minute session – $79
We accept clients who reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Minnesota, as well as accept the following insurance providers and payment options: Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Optum, United Health Care, and self-pay. No membership or subscription is required.
